We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Dog Lifesaver Vest, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The vest must be in reasonable condition.

  • The product must not be excessively damaged, altered, or abused.

  • For hygiene reasons, products that are heavily soiled, contaminated, or carry strong odors may not be eligible for a refund.

  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund.

Trying the vest on your dog for sizing and fit is acceptable.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number.

  3. Briefly explain the reason for the return.

  4. Wait for return instructions before sending the item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
